Service Delivery Policy

At Digiprism Marketing Consultancy (“Digiprism,” “we,” “us,” or Our”), we deliver premium business consulting, custom web/app development, and data-driven digital marketing services. We do not run an automated software mill. Our services are executed by specialized, distributed squads working under a professional, structured remote framework.

This Service Delivery Policy outlines exactly how projects are executed, managed, and handed over. By engaging our firm, you agree to match our standards of high accountability, timeline discipline, and professional collaboration.

1. The Distributed Squad Model

We do not assign generic, disconnected account managers to your brand.

  • Specialized Allocation: Every project is assigned a cross-functional, dedicated squad tailored to your industry niche (e.g., high-end lifestyle labels, premium e-commerce, or global logistics setups).
  • Remote Execution Framework: Our team operates via a highly secure, coordinated work-from-home model. All official deliverables, code updates, and strategy updates are tracked and managed through our centralized project management infrastructure.

2. Milestone-Based Execution & Approvals

To maintain absolute technical accuracy and avoid unmanaged scope creep, all development and marketing builds are broken down into distinct operational phases.

  • The Sign-Off Rule: We do not move to “Phase B” until the client has explicitly reviewed and signed off on “Phase A” via text or email.
  • Finality of Approval: Once a design wireframe, website architecture, or marketing execution plan is formally approved, any subsequent changes to that specific structure will be treated as a new feature request and will be billed as an additional project scope.
  • No Unvetted Deliverables: We maintain rigorous quality control. No strategy, development build, or campaign structure is handed over without manual verification and expert human review.

3. Client Resource Obligations & Delays

High-velocity execution requires a two-way street. We cannot build your digital ecosystem in a vacuum.

  • Asset Dependencies: The client is entirely responsible for providing necessary business assets, brand copy, product data, API credentials, and third-party access (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, global shipping aggregators) within the timelines specified in the initial project scope.
  • Delivery Shifts: If a project delivery date is missed because the client delayed providing crucial assets, feedback, or credentials, Digiprism is entirely absolved of the original deadline liability. The delivery timeline will automatically shift based on current internal resource availability.

4. Human-Driven Work Standards vs. Raw AI Output

We stand for elite strategic intellect and technical precision.

  • Our Promise: Every marketing strategy, search engine optimization plan, and custom line of code delivered to your business is handcrafted, manually reviewed, and strategically sound. We do not pass off raw, unedited AI-generated text or generic automated scripts as professional consulting work.
  • Client Assets: We expect the same level of integrity from the materials you provide to us. We will not integrate raw, low-quality automated AI spam or unverified plagiarized content into platforms under our management.

5. Final Handover & Deployment

  • Clearing the Balance: For custom website developments, applications, or comprehensive marketing blueprints, the final deployment to live client servers or public domains will only occur after all outstanding milestone invoices are cleared in full.

Post-Delivery Support Window: Unless a continuous monthly maintenance retainer is signed, all one-time development projects include a standard 30-day technical support window post-launch to address unexpected bugs or alignment fixes. Major feature additions or structural overhauls requested after launch fall under a separate billing structure.
