Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

At Digiprism Marketing Consultancy (“Digiprism,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we do not sell pre-packaged, off-the-shelf software or automated digital templates. We deploy specialized, highly trained human resources, custom-engineered code, and bespoke strategic playbooks for premium brands. Because our time, expertise, and infrastructure costs are locked in the moment we begin a project, we maintain a strict, transparent standard regarding cancellations and refunds.

By onboarding with Digiprism or paying a project deposit, you explicitly agree to the following terms.

1. No Refunds on Completed Milestones & Onboarding

  • The Strict Rule: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances for work that has already been executed, consulting hours already logged, or milestones formally approved by the client.
  • Discovery & Strategy Phase: Upfront strategy creation, market mapping, and initial platform scoping require heavy manual asset allocation. Once this phase begins, the initial deposit is 100% non-refundable.

2. Service-Specific Cancellation Rules

We run a tight ship with specialized squads. To terminate or pause an ongoing service, you must follow the precise guidelines for that specific service line:

A. Digital Marketing, SEO, AIO, & Retained Services

  • Notice Period: Retained marketing services operate on continuous, month-to-month resources. To cancel or pause your retainer, you must provide a written notice at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle.
  • Final Month: Any work scheduled or executed during that 30-day notice window will be fully delivered, and the final invoice must be cleared in full.

B. Web Design, App Development, & Custom E-commerce Setup

  • Milestone-Based Halts: Project-based development contracts are tied to explicit milestones (e.g., Wireframing, Backend Logic, Global Logistics Integration).
  • If You Cancel Mid-Project: If you decide to cancel the build before the full project is completed, you are legally obligated to pay for all hours logged and milestones reached up to the date of written cancellation notice. Digiprism will hand over the raw code and assets only after the final pro-rated invoice is paid in full.

3. Client-Driven Delays and Project Stagnation

We value accountability and timeline discipline. When you hire us, we reserve dedicated developers and strategists exclusively for your brand.

  • The 14-Day Dormancy Rule: If a project gets stuck because a client fails to provide necessary assets, feedback, or API access for more than 14 consecutive days without prior written agreement, the project will be marked as “Paused.”
  • Reactivation Fee: To resume a project that went dormant due to client delay, a reactivation fee may be applied to reschedule our technical resources, and your project will be moved to our next available operational slot.

4. Direct Termination by Digiprism

We treat our clients like genuine business partners, and we expect mutual professional respect. We reserve the absolute right to instantly terminate any contract, service, or platform access without a refund if:

  • A client defaults on milestone payments or attempts fraudulent chargebacks.
  • A client introduces unedited, low-quality automated AI spam or stolen intellectual property into assets under our management.
  • A client displays hostile, abusive, or unprofessional behavior toward our distributed team resources.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This policy operates firmly under the legal jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Any financial disagreements, contractual disputes, or payment resolutions must be addressed and settled exclusively through formal channels within the courts of Kolkata.
